WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders ship within 5–7 business days after being placed. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.You may experience shipping delays beyond MUSIC MAKES ME HIGH’s control. We appreciate your patience. 

HOW DO PRE ORDERS WORK?

Pre-orders are items purchased before they are available to ship.

  • Pre-orders take 2–4 weeks to ship.
  • If you order a pre-order item with a non pre-order item, the items will ship together.
  • Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.

HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?

TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS and only takes 1-3 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier.

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?

MUSIC MAKES ME HIGH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the shipping carrier. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept returns for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days of delivery.Items must be unworn and unused, original like-new condition. See full policy ( “HERE”). 

DO I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Not yet. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, but we’re working on expanding this.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

  • Reference product description for specific instructions as some items may vary.
  • Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle.
  • Do not iron printed areas.
  • Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for design preservation.
  • If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting.
